You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose. However, the use of this form is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.
We will use the same payment method you used for the original payment, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not incur any additional costs as a result of this refund.
The right of withdrawal expires early if we have begun performing the contract after you have expressly agreed that we may begin performing the contract before the withdrawal period expires, you have confirmed that you are aware that by giving this consent you lose your right of withdrawal once performance of the contract begins, and we have provided you with a contract confirmation on a durable medium setting out the content of the contract, including the conditions for the early expiry of the right of withdrawal.
