License Terms

1. General

All digital products offered on this website are protected by copyright law.
By purchasing a product, you do not acquire ownership, but a license to use the product in accordance with the following license terms.

The permitted use depends on the license selected at checkout:
Standard License or Commercial License.

2. License Models – Overview

We offer two license models:

  • Standard License – for internal use and self-promotion
  • Commercial License – for commercial use and client projects

The scope of permitted use differs depending on the selected license and is detailed below.

3. Standard License

Permitted Use

The Standard License allows:

  • Use for internal communication (e.g. presentations, pitches, competition entries)
  • Use for self-promotion (e.g. portfolio, own website, social media)
  • Use in an unlimited number of projects
  • Unlimited duration
  • Use regardless of company size

Prohibited Use

The Standard License does not allow:

  • Use for client work
  • Commercial use in exchange for compensation
  • Use in paid advertising
  • Sharing or transferring the mockups to third parties
  • Resale, sublicensing, or free redistribution
  • Use as part of templates, themes, or asset libraries
  • Distribution of the mockups as standalone products

4. Commercial License

Permitted Use

The Commercial License allows:

  • Commercial use
  • Use for client projects
  • Use in paid advertising
  • Internal and external communication
  • Use for unlimited clients and projects
  • Unlimited duration
  • Use regardless of company size

Prohibited Use

Even with the Commercial License, the following is not permitted:

  • Reselling the mockups as mockups
  • Sharing or distributing source files
  • Sublicensing the mockups
  • Use as a standalone product
  • Inclusion in template, mockup, or asset marketplaces

5. General License Conditions

  • The granted licenses are non-exclusive
  • All copyrights and ownership rights remain with New-Renew GbR
  • Mockups must not be used for unlawful, misleading, or defamatory purposes
  • Use of mockups for trademark, logo, or design registrations is prohibited
  • Sharing mockups with third parties is only permitted where explicitly allowed by the selected license

6. Contractual Inclusion

These license terms form an integral part of the purchase agreement. By completing the checkout process, you agree to the applicable license terms.
